What is it about?
We collect various personal data in our organization. Here we inform you as required by the Data Protection Act.

(hereinafter: “We”), as the operator of the website https://www.ywamstmoritz.com/, is responsible for the personal data of the users (hereinafter: “you”) of the website within the meaning of the DSG.

Does personal data go abroad?
Yes, this is possible, in the EEA but also in every country in the world. If this is a country without sufficient data protection, we conclude the EU standard contractual clauses, but in certain cases we can also rely on consent or transfer data abroad because it is necessary for the processing of a contract with you or in your interest (e.g Collecting donations or praying for you abroad).

- Distributor of prayer/donor lists (here we are guided by the information sheet for prayer letters/circular letters)
- Authorities (especially where we are obliged to do so)

In principle, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can
